摘要
应用ＶｉｔｅｋＡＭＳ能够快速准确地完成微生物的鉴定、药敏试验及最小抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）等多项指标。我院４５０株病原菌鉴定结果显示：４５０株菌分属２２个属，５２种菌。Ｇ－杆菌占８６．２２％，Ｇ＋球菌占１３．１１％，念珠菌属０．６７％。位居前五位的菌属占细菌总数的７５．３３％。药敏监测表明，Ｇ－杆菌对头孢类抗生素有较高敏感率，如头孢三嗪、复达欣、先锋Ｖ。金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素敏感率高达９５％。
Bacterial identification,drug sensitive test and MIC detection can be carried out rapidly and accurately with VITEK AMS.The results of identifed 450 bacteria showed that they are classified into 22genera 52 species.Among them Gram negative rod shaped cells occupy 86.22%,Gram positive spherical cells 13.11%,Candida 0.67% respectively.Genera of the first five account for 75.33%.The drug sensitive tests showed that Gram negative rod shaped cells are sensitive to Cefalosporins,such as Ceftriaxone,Ceftazidime,Cefazolin,The sensitivity of Staphylcoccus aureus to Vancomycin is up to 95%,so it should be first selected to Staphylococcus aureus infection.
