摘要
资本运营就是要通过对资本的运作,在资本安全的前提下实现资本的增值和取得最大的收益。提高企业资本运营的效率,充分发挥资本运营的作用,对于我国企业在建立现代企业制度中存在的各种问题的解决,具有积极的促进作用。因此,有必要针对目前存在着的各种问题进行分析,找出其发展对策。
Capital operation aims ant achieving value - added profit maximization under the safe conditions. To improve the efficiency of capital operation will prove conducive to perfecting the modern enterprise system in China.
