摘要
供应链绩效研究有助于评判及改善供应链运营组织能力、提高供应链竞争力。在成本、创新、流程、资产管理效率、合作密切性、客户满意度六个角度的供应链绩效测评指标体系构建的基础上,利用复合DEA方法对供应链绩效进行了实证测评。测评结果给出了各供应链的绩效排名,并从输入指标、输出指标两个角度给出了各供应链优势指标及弱势指标,为各供应链提供了详尽的运作建议。
The operation ability can be improved by the evaluation research on supply chain performance. With the establishment of the supply chain performance evaluating index system, involving cost, innovation, process, assets management efficiency, corporation affinity and customer satisfaction, the method of compound DEA is used to do a practical research on performance evaluation on several supply chains. According to the results, the indexes are arranged from the best to the worst, which can provide the detailed strategies and suggestions on investment and management for enterprises.
