老年不稳定型心绞痛患者外周血管内皮功能的变化及意义 被引量：3

摘要 选择60例老年不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者(UAP组)和30例正常老年人(对照组),分别应用彩色多普勒超声测定外周血管肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张反应,比较两组肱动脉气囊加压前后的血管内径、血流速度变化和血浆一氧化氮(NO)浓度。结果UAP组肱动脉加压前后的血管内径和血流速度变化明显小于对照组(P<0.05),NO浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01);UAP组肱动脉加压前后的血管内径变化与血浆NO浓度呈明显正相关(r=0.83,P<0.01)。认为老年UAP患者的血管内皮功能下降,尽早采取措施改善血管内皮功能有助于逆转血管内皮功能失调,减少冠心病事件的发生率。
