摘要
针对某石化企业的往复压缩机开发出了一套在线监测系统。该系统采用上、下位机的结构形式,其中下位机是基于单片机技术开发的。现场的下位机实时采集压缩机的运行数据,通过网络远距离传输到中控室的上位机中,进行数据分析处理和故障诊断,实现了往复压缩机的在线实时监测。
The on - line monitoring system of reciprocating compressor has been establishad for the petrochemistry enterprise. It consists of single - chip microcomputer and PC. Single - chip microcomputer collected the data of compressor operation, transmit the data to PC located in control room via netwoek, then proceed to data processing and make diagnosis. The problem of real - time monitoring for reciprocating compressor has been resolved by this system.
