摘要
分析金沙江右岸生态环境现状、发展趋势;资源开发利用和道路建设存在的生态破坏和环境影响问题;以及在三峡库区及上游水污染防治中的重要性。提出如何进行生态环境保护与资源开发和建设,以及有效的生态保护对策和措施,以确保区域生态系统的可持续发展。
The ecological environmental status and development trend of right bank side of Jinshajiang river are analyzed as well as the ecological destruction and environmental impact from natural resource utilization and road construction. The importance of ecological protection on controlling water pollution for the three gorges reservoir area and upper streams of Jinshajiang river is pointed out. How to improve ecological environmental protection and resource development and construction and to conduct efficient protective measure to maintain sustainable development of the area is put forward.
