摘要
针对非金属矿除铁特点设计的这种新型永磁强磁场磁选机,采用旋转永磁磁系,分选深度达450mm,磁场强度22T;在简介了该磁选机的结构和工作原理后,着重阐述了在磁系的磁场分布研究中采用的新方法———复变函数法。该方法的特点是用复变函数法求得该磁系的磁场分布,摆脱了以往磁选理论中磁场沿对称轴线分布经验公式的模式,具有简便、准确、可靠等特点。
A new type high intensity permanent magnetic separator designed in view of the iron separation characteristic of non metal ores has adopted a rotary permanent magnetic system,which has a separation depth of up to 450 mm and a magnetic field intensity of up to 2.2 T.Its structure and working principle are briefly described and the new method——complex function method is highlighted which is adopted in the study of the field distribution of the magnetic system.This method is characterised by the use of the complex function method for obtaining the field distribution,which has cast off the conventional mode in which the empiric formula of the field distribution along the symmetry axis is used.The new method has advantages of simplicity,accuracy and reliability.
