摘要
针对安徽一些地区河铁砂、优质天然铁矿石的资源状况及矿石特性,提出了与之相适应的选矿工艺流程。试验成功地制取出了符合国家标准的永磁锶铁氧体、粉末冶金用还原铁粉、电炉炼钢用海绵铁,从而为超纯铁精矿的开发利用提供了有效途径。
In accordance with the resource conditions of the river iron sands and natural high quality iron ores in some regions in Anhui Province and their ore properties,some appropriate mineral processing technological flowsheets were suggested.Through the tests,permanent magnetic strontium ferrite,reduced iron powder for powder metallurgy and sponge iron for electric furnace-steel making were produced which were up to the national standards.This has provided an effecient way for the development and application of super pure iron concentrate.
