摘要
介绍了在新型镀膜设备中开关量控制机的硬件结构设计，以及开发和使用梯形图支持软件，针对12个工艺过程进行软件编程，从而实现全部开关量的检测、信息传输、过程控制和报警功能．
The paper introduces the configuration of PLC hardware and the design of software on twelve processes using Ladder support software in a new vacuum coating equipment.It realized all functions of switch detecting, information exchanging, process controlling anddanger warning.
