摘要 以泥炭、椰糠、碳化稻壳、木糠等为主要基质原料,采取混料试验设计,寻求适合桉树育苗的最佳基质配比.结果表明:在26种基质配比实验中,扦插生根成活率最高的基质是70%泥炭+20%椰糠+10%炭化稻壳、10%泥炭+80%椰糠+10%炭化稻壳、40%泥炭+50%椰糠+10%炭化稻壳、10%泥炭+50%椰糠+40%炭化稻壳、100%的椰糠;结合基质成本与成活率两个因素综合考虑,10%泥炭+80%椰糠+10%炭化稻壳、10%泥炭+50%椰糠+40%炭化稻壳、100%的椰糠、70%椰糠+30%炭化稻壳这4种基质成本在74~93元/m3之间,均为育苗效果好且经济实惠的基质配比,对桉树育苗具有重要的指导意义. Eucalyptus plantation develops fast in South China because of the large need of its wood and its fast growing character. A new method for propagating Eucalypt cuttings is to use light medium instead of deep yellow soil as the culture medium. In order to find an optimal formulation for this light medium, this study adopts a mixed-material trial design and takes peat, coir, carbonized rice hull and sawdust as raw materials. Different formulations have different effects on the survival rate of cuttings. The following 5 formulations among the 26 medium mixtures have the highest survival rate of cuttings: the ratio of peat /coir /rice hull being respectively 7/2/1, 1/8/1, 4/5/1, 1/5/4 and 100% colt. Furthermore, considering the cost for media, the following 4 formulations are the best media to use in production: the ratio of peat /colt/rice hull being1/8/1, 1/5/4, and 100% coir; and the one with the ratio of coir/rice hull being 7/3 is the best and cheapest formulation. Its cost varies only from 74.0¥/m^3 to 93.0¥/m^3.
