摘要
目的治疗直肠前突的2种术式:经阴道修补直肠前突、经肛门切开黏膜间断缝合修补直肠前突并内外括约肌部分切断术进行疗效分析。方法将我科先后收治36例直肠前突患者随机分为2组,其中A组17例,采用经肛门切开粘膜间断缝合修补直肠前突并内外括约肌部分切断术;B组19例采用经阴道修补直肠前突术,对临床资料进行分析总结。结果两种术式疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经肛门切开粘膜间断缝合修补直肠前突并内外括约肌部分切断术治疗直肠前突近远期疗效好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutics of two kinds treatment of the rectocele the repair method in the Vagina Rear , the part cut off internai anal sphincter and rectal mucosain discontinuous vertical-shaped ligation. Methods A randomized study was made in 36 patients.The study groups（17cases）received the treatment of the part cut off internal anal sphincter and rectal mucosain discontinuons vertical-shaped ligation,the control group（19 cases）received the treatment of the repair method in the Vagina Rear of Rectocele. Analysis the clinical data of the 2 groups. Results Two kinds treatment of the rectocele curative effect have already statisticsed to learn meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the part cut off internal anal sphincter and mucosainin discontinuous vertical-shaped ligation is a therapeutics to rectocele of more efficiency.
