摘要
根据地下工程中锚杆锈蚀问题,提出了地下环境场下钢锚杆开始锈蚀时间的确定方法。同时依据腐蚀电化学原理建立了预测钢锚杆锈蚀量的数学模型与锈蚀量计算公式。这里考虑了环境碳化,相对湿度和水膜对氧化的吸收能力的影响,最后讨论了锚杆锈蚀量与各影响因素的关系。
Based on the results of actual investigation in the shotcretebolt structure,the method to determine the time producing steel-bolt corrosion under mining environment is given.Using the theory of electrochemical corrosion,the prediction model of steelbolt is established,and the influence of air relative humidity and ability to oxgyer for water membran of bolt surface is considered.It is very important to analyze relationship of bolt corrosion extent and shotcrete strength,cover thick,bolt diameter and corrosion time.
