摘要
结合黄土高原水土保持二期世行贷款项目的蓄水保土监测资料,在重新确定单项措施蓄水保土指标的基础上,应用水保法计算黄土高原水土保持二期世行贷款项目的蓄水保土效益,并对计算结果进行分析评价,指出黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目的实施,使项目区的水土资源得到了合理开发利用,减少了入黄泥沙,改善了生态环境。
This paper integrates the soil and water conservation monitoring data from the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project（Phase Ⅱ） based on the re-determination of single soil and water conservation indicators,calculates the benefits in soil and water conservation from the Project by employing the method of soil and water conservation,analyzes and evaluates the effects.The evaluation results indicate that the implementation of the Project has improved utilization of water and land resources,mitigated the sediment into Yellow River and improved the local eco-environment in the project area.
