摘要
本文从建设工程管理层面出发,就建设工程投资涉及设计、预算与招标、施工和竣工结算四个阶段的全过程控制,结合泉州师院东海校区建设的投资管理实践经验展开讨论。
Based on the management of construction project, aimed at four steps involved in the constrcution projcet investment such as budget, tender, construction and completion concerning with the experience of the management of the investment of the east Quanzhou sea district of Quanzhou Teachers College, the experience of investment control is discussed.
