摘要
通过分析妈湾发电总厂一次风机失速原因,从热控角度在分散控制系统(DCS)中通过采取失速预警、失速前预处理、失速判别及失速后设备联锁动作等措施,有效地减少了由于热力系统缺陷导致一次风机失速的可能性,同时减轻了一次风机失速后对机组运行的不良影响。
Upon causal investigation into the primary fan stall in Mawan General Power Plant, such measures as stall prewarning, pretreatment, identification and post-stall interlock operation of equipment are taken in distributed control system (DCS), which effectively reduce the possibility of primary fan stall caused by defects of thermodynamic system, and decrease the impact of primary fan stall on the operation of unit.
