摘要
[目的]为利用MH对菊花花期进行栽培调控提供理论指导。[方法]以秋菊“姹紫嫣红”品种为试材,在其营养生长期,以不同浓度马来酰肼(MH,100、200和300mg/L)的水溶液进行叶面喷雾处理,初步研究了MH对菊花花期叶片几个与衰老有关的生理指标的影响及其与开花的关系。[结果]MH处理降低了菊花花期叶片中超养阴离子(O2^.-)的产生速率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(100mg/LMH处理因高于对照除外)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和电解质渗漏率。MH处理延迟了菊花的花期,在MH100—300mg/L浓度范围内,对菊花的延迟效应为4.2—16.6d,且随着MH浓度的提高,处理效应逐渐增强。[结论]采用叶面喷施不同浓度MH对秋菊在短日照条件下的开花时间具有明显的调节效应。
[ Objective ] The propose was to provide the theoretical guidance for using Maleic Hydrazide (MH) to make the cultivation regulation for florescence of chrysanthemum. [ Method] With the chrysanthemum variety Chazhiyanhong as tested material, the MH water solution with different conch. (100, 200 and 300 mg/L) were sprayed on its leaves in the vegetable growing stage to study their effects on several physiological index related to senescence in the leaves of chrysanthemum in the florescence and its relation to the flowering time. [ Result] MH treatment decreased the productive rate of the superoxide anion ( O2^. - ), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) except that: SOD activity in the treatment of 100 mg/L MH was higher than the control, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the electrolyte leakage in chrysanthemum leaves in the florescence. MH treatment delayed the florescence of chrysanthemum. In the treatments of 100 -300 mg/L MH, the blooming time affected by MH was delayed 4.2 - 16.6 d and the effect of MH was strengthened gradually as its concn, was increased. [ Conclusion] Spraying MH with different cohen, on the leaves had obvious regulation on the blooming time of the chrysanthemum under the condition of short sun light.
