废水源热泵在印染企业的设计应用与性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 对所研发的废水源热泵的设计应用作了详细介绍。经权威部门检测,冬季综合制热性能系数≥8.93。经济效益分析的结果表明,废水源热泵用于回收印染企业废热节能效果显著,对印染企业节约生产费用及社会节能环保具有重要意义。 The design and application of a waste-water-source heat pump heating system developed by author and his company was introduced in detail in this paper.The test results of this heating system by the authorized organization proved that the heating system has a very excellent performance(COP≥8.93 in winter).The economic benefit of the heating system on the basis of the testing results was analyzed showing that the economic benefit is very remarkable and that the high-efficiency waste-water-source heat pump water heater is great useful to printing and dyeing mills to recover the waste heat therein and provides significant effect to our society on energy conservation and environmental protection.
