摘要
选用氢氧化钙法制备过氧化钙,即采用氢氧化钙过量的方法,在常温下,以氢氧化钙和双氧水为原料,以磷酸二氢钠为稳定剂。选用高锰酸钾法检测产物中过氧化钙的含量。考察单因素对产物过氧化钙含量和产率的影响,得出最佳的制备条件是:氢氧化钙的过量系数为15%,反应时间为15min,加水量是45mL,稳定剂的用量为0.40g,此时,过氧化钙的含量可达到73%,产率达到77%。
Calcium peroxide was prepared at normal temperature by using calCium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate as stabilizer, and the dosage of calcium hydroxide was superfluous. The titration method by using potassium permanganate was chosen to examine the content of calcium peroxide in the product. Reviewing the influence of single factor to the content and the yield of calcium peroxide, we could know that the optimum conditions were determined as f011ows:the superfluous coefficient of calcium hydroxide was 15 percent, reaction time was 15 minutes, the dosage of water was 45 milliliter, and the dosage of stabilizer was 0. 40 gram. At the moment, the content of the calcium peroxide reached 73 percent and the yield reached 77 percent.
