硫酸钡防垢剂THF的制备与性能评价

摘要 根据油田中常用硫酸盐防垢剂的分子结构,设计了一种三元共聚物防垢剂THF。以马来酸酐(MA),丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MAC)为单体,双氧水(H2O2)为引发剂,采用自由基水溶液聚合,制得共聚物防垢剂。分析了不同合成条件对防垢性能的影响,评价了防垢剂对硫酸钡的防垢效果。结果表明,作为油田水处理剂,该防垢剂产品对硫酸钡垢有一定的防垢能力。在MA∶AA∶MAC为1∶0.4∶0.6,引发剂双氧水用量为单体的12%,单体浓度为30%,80℃下反应3h所得的共聚物防垢效果较好。防垢剂THF对抗成垢离子溶液温度、pH值、成垢时间的能力较强,并且在成垢离子较多的条件下有较强的阻垢能力。 Kraft used in the oilfield scale of the molecular structure, design of a terpolymer scale THF. Maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA) and methyl acrylate (MAC) for the monomer, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to the initiator, in aqueous solution by radical polymerization, a copolymer of scale inhibitor. Prevention of THF--scale confrontation ion solution temperature, pH, time-- scale has strong ability, and more ions into dirt under the conditions of a strong ability to scale.
