摘要
本文从图书馆的本质在于知识,图书馆的核心功能是知识传播,知识传播应体现人文精神三方面阐述了图书馆的知识传播功能。认为把图书馆视为一种知识存在,有助于深层揭示图书馆特有的知识秉性,准确地揭示现代图书馆是"知识图书馆"的本质;用知识传播功能审视图书馆,有助于深刻理解图书馆在知识创新中的作用,提升图书馆的核心能力和社会价值;在知识传播中体现人文精神,有助于知识与人的良性互动,使图书馆成为促进人类社会和谐发展与进步的重要力量。
This article holds that the value of the library is knowledge, the library core function is to communicate knowledge, communication of knowledge should manifest the humanistic spirit. View library as knowledge entity, it can help deeply reveal the library unique knowledge speciality and the essence that library is ＂knowledge library＂. With the knowledge communication to examine library, it can help deeply understand action of library in the knowledge innovation, upgrade the core of library capacity and social value. Manifesting the humanistic spirit in the knowledge communication, is helpful to the benign interaction between knowledge and person, causes the library to become important force in promoting development and progress of the human society.
