摘要
在分析大学生的心理发展特点和体育锻炼所能产生的良好心理效应的基础上提出,科学运用体育锻炼改善大学生的心理健康水平,为大学生心理保健及学校心理咨询提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the psychological development features and the psychological effect generated by physical exercise for college students, the paper puts forward that scientific physical exercise can improve the psychological health level. The paper can provide reference for the college psychological health care and the school psychological consultation.
