摘要
在全球化背景下,各国民众在国与国的各领域交往中发挥着越来越重要的作用,公共外交的价值日益为世界所认同。灾难治理中的公共外交为国家共同合作提供了契机,同时也是塑造国家形象的重要途径。推行信息公开、倡导以人为本、政府反应迅速、公众积极参与、接受国际援助,这些构筑了汶川震灾治理中我国公共外交的新亮点,改善了我国政府的国际形象。
The common people play an increasingly important role in the international exchange under globalization. The value of the public diplomacy has been accepted by the countries. During the governance of the disasters, the public diplomacy provide the chance of the international cooperation, besides portray the internationalimage of the state. During the governance of the Wen-Chuan earthquake, the work of the public diplomacy has been greatly improved, such as opening information, respecting the human being, the government＇s fast reacting, the public enthusiastiely participating, accepting the international support. The international image of our state has been improved.
