摘要
本着创新素质是地学研究生专业实践与应用基础研究的动力源泉这一原则,本文在分析地学研究生培养中存在问题的基础上,围绕提高地学研究生创新及实践能力这一目标,通过强调培养过程中学生与导师之间的互动,提出对地学研究生进行全过程跟踪、多层次、分阶段的强化培养模式。
Innovation is the driving force for the geosciences postgraduates on professional practice and application of basic researches. On the basis of analyzing the problems of cultivation of the geosciences postgraduates, improving postgraduates' abilities of innovation and practice, and emphasizing the interaction between instructors and postgraduates, a new education model of entire process, multi-level and multi-grade is put forward.
