摘要
在已有小波压缩技术的基础上,充分利用人类视觉具有注意力集中机制的特性,提出了加权小波系数的改进方法,对某些人类视觉敏感区域实现可变压缩比,取得了令人满意的结果,在图象压缩比相似的情况下,主观图象质量取得了明显改善。该算法简单,易于软件及硬件实现。
This paper presents a method for improving weighted wavelet coefficient.Variable compression rate can be obtained in the regions to which human vision is sensitive.Under the condition of the same compression rate,the quality of the subjective image is improved obviously.
