摘要
在抚顺乙烯装置碱洗塔的弱碱段投加国产 KD-1黄油抑制剂,考察了其抑制黄油生成的效果。通过1个月的连续观察,结果表明,投加 KD-1黄油抑制刑明显降低了碱洗系统各段碱液黄油含量和 COD 值,达到了抑制黄油生成的效果。排黄油量平均下降20%,碱洗塔压差保持了平稳、无波动,急冷水系统 pH 值无波动,保持平稳运行。
Grease inhibitor KD-1 was added to the Caustic Washing Tower in Fushun Ethylene Plant,and its effect of reducing the grease formed is investigated. The results show that grease inhibitor KD-1 remark- ably reduces the grease content in spent caustic and the COD value in waste water.The discharge of grease is lowered by 20% averagely,the pressure difference in caustic washing tower is stable,and no fluctuation is observed in the pH value in quench water system.A stable operation of the unit is achieved.
