摘要
文章指出区域科技文献资源整合的主要原则是全局性原则、前瞻性原则、针对性原则、互动性原则和互补性原则,阐述了区域科技文献资源整合的主要策略,文章最后描述了桂林地区科技文献资源整合的模式。
The article points out that the main principles of integrating the local document of science and technology are an overall principle, prospect principle , purpose principle, interaction principle and mutual complement principle , and expands the main strategy and the mode of integrating the document resources science and technology in Guilin area.
