摘要
应用猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗制定5种免疫程序防制猪瘟，使用了目前最好的ELISA酶标测定猪瘟抗体。超前免疫、1月龄1次免疫、2月龄1次免疫和1月龄首免2月龄加强免疫的2次免疫4种免疫程序，能使猪产生良好的免疫应答，采用超前免疫首免2月龄加强免疫的2次免疫的免疫程序对猪产生的免疫应答效果不佳。
The article compares with the five immune procedures and shows their advantages and shortcomings. Compared with the five immune procedures and use the present best swine fever. The experiment shows immuned after born half an hour, immuned after born one month, can produce good immune response. Immuned for the first time after born half an hour and immuned again when two months old will not produce good immune response.
