摘要
高校干部人事档案工作,是党和国家干部工作的重要组成部分,是做好高校干部工作的基础,新时期如何提高高校干部人事档案管理水平,是崭新的课题。文章分析了高校干部人事档案管理的难点并提出了相应的对策。
Managing the college cadres＇ personnel files is the core component of the Party and national cadre work. It＇s the most important part of the work; a totally new course to improve the college cadres personnel files management level in the New Era. In her thesis, she will analyze the difficulties of the personnel file management and put forward some countermeasures.
