CD34标记的微血管生成与原癌基因c-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌组织中微血管生成及原癌基因c-erbB-2的表达,分析两者之间的关系及其临床意义。方法应用S-P免疫组织化学染色方法,以CD34单克隆抗体标记65例乳腺癌肿瘤组织中微血管,计数微血管密度(MVD),同时检测肿瘤组织中c-erbB-2的表达,分析原癌基因c-erbB-2与血管生成及两者与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。结果肿瘤血管生成表现出明显的异质性,血管生成多见于肿瘤组织浸润边缘。MVD计数为3~33个/400倍视野(平均11.6±7.0),c-erbB-2阳性表达率为53.8%,MVD与c-erbB-2的表达无相关性(rs=0.100,t:0.905,P〉0.05),且两者与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期均不相关,仅MVD与肿瘤淋巴转移明显相关(rs=0.329,t=2.531,P〈0.05)。结论MVD与乳腺癌淋巴转移呈正相关,可作为预测乳腺癌淋巴转移的指标之一,对评估乳腺癌患者预后及指导术后治疗具有一定的意义。
