膝关节镜下应用骨-髌腱-骨移植物重建前交叉韧带

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下应用骨-髌腱-骨（BPB）移植物重建前交叉韧带（ACL）术的临床疗效。方法对32例ACL损伤患者在关节镜下切取BPB移植物，建立骨隧道，植入BPB移植物，用挤压螺钉固定植入两端骨块，重建ACL。结果随访4个月至3年，术后Lysholm评分为（93．6±2．3）分，较术前的（53．9±5．2）分，有显著提高（t=3．18，P〈0．01）。结论关节镜下BPB移植物重建ACL是一种疗效可靠的方法。
