后路腰椎间盘镜手术常见问题及其防治 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析后路腰椎间盘镜手术的常见问题，探讨其预防、治疗。方法术前严格的病例筛选，应用Sofamor-Danek第二代腰椎间盘手术系统对80例88个腰椎间盘行后路椎间盘摘除术。结果本组80例全部获得随访，随访时间3～24（10±4．3）月，疗效按Nakai标准评定，分为优56例、良21例、可3例、差0例，优良率96．25％，有5例被迫开放手术。结论由于后路腰椎间盘镜的局限性，术中可能产生一些问题，但只要严格掌握手术适应证，手术者有开放手术的经验，又经过严格的手眼配合训练，这些问题可得到好的预防及处理。
