本文介绍了用于微细加工的激光器的种类和特点，阐述了激光技术在微细加工中的应用、国外的研制情况及其发展前景。
The kinds and features of lasers used in fine micro-processings are introduced. The laser technical applicalions, the state ot investigation and a long-range perspective of the deve lopment for the laser fine micro-processings are expounded.
