摘要
本文使用"超平衡级"模型进行气液相平衡的计算,通过建立机理模型对气分装置液化气分馏过程进行全流程动态模拟,实现了气分装置的实时动态模拟,得到的模拟结果与实际值相吻合,可用于模拟开停车和事故处理模拟操作,也可以在操作条件进行改进时,为实际生产最佳条件的选择提供基本依据。
The super-equilibrium stage model is applied in this paper to calculate the phase equilibrium of gas and liquid.By building a mechanism model,a dynamic whole flow simulator has been developed for the whole process of the LPG fractionation plant and the real-time dynamic simulation can be done.The simulated results are in accord with actual value.The application shows that this system can be used to simulate the operation of trouble removal,guide the practical plant operation,and optimize operating parameters and process design.
