摘要
逆向工程中,利用3D数字化测量仪器可以准确、快速地测得实体点云数据,但这一点云数据和CAD数学模型拼合后并不能完全重合,对应点间存在误差值即对应点之间的空间矢量距离。因此基于IGES格式曲面模型,给出了点云数据和CAD模型之间误差值的计算方法,并以色斑图的形式对误差进行显示,使显示效果更加直观。该算法已应用于黑龙江科技学院自行研发的HRE型光学三维扫描测量仪中,实践证明达到了预期效果,并可以完全满足重构模型精度检验的要求。
In reverse engineering, making use of 3D digital measuring instrument can get the point data accurately and quickly, but the point data can not completely coincide with the CAD model, there is error value between the corresponding point data namely vector distance. So based on IGES form curved surface model, an algorithm to calculate the error value of point cloud data and the CAD model is given, and the error value show directly in form of color map. The algorithm now is used in the HRE 3 dimensional laser scanning machine which is developed by Heilongjiang Science and Technology of University. In the experiment, it has achieved the expectative effort, and it can satisfy the reconstruction accuracy completely.
