摘要
针对存在的关于土地是否能提供保障、国家是否具备建立农村社会保障的经济实力、政府是承诺建立农村社会保障以及家庭能否提供保障等方面的博弈进行论述,证实了当前建立农村社会保障的可能性和紧迫性。
The paper confirms the possibility and urgency of establishing the rural gocial security system based on discussing the problems in land supply security, state economic potentiality and family supply security.
