摘要
为探索都匀毛尖茶组织培养快速繁殖技术,采用本地野生都匀毛尖茶半木质化茎段为试验材料,通过不同激素和浓度配比试验,得到适宜芽诱导和增殖的培养基为MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+6-BA 3 mg/L和MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA4 mg/L,芽诱导率可达66%和55%。
The semi-woody stems of the local wild Duyunmaojian tea variety were cultured under different hormones and concentrations to explore its rapid propagation technique. The results showed that the optimum medium for inducing buds and reproduction was MS+ NAA 0. 1 mg/L + 6-BA 3 mg/L and MS + NAA 0. 2 mg/L + 6-BA 4 mg/L respectively. The germination rate of axillary buds was up to 66% and 55%.
