摘要
对SUMITEN780钢进行了多次焊接工艺试验,并分析了焊接线能量对SUMITEN780钢焊接接头性能的影响。依据DL/T868-2004《焊接工艺评定标准》对SUMITEN780钢进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击试验,分析了微观组织。结果表明接头所有技术指标均符合国家标准要求。
In this paper,there were several experiments about welding procedure on SUMITEN780 alloy steel,and there was a compared analysis about how the linear energy influenced to the joint of 780# alloy steel.According to national standard DL/T 868- 2004 ＂The code of welding procedure qualifieation＂ , the tests of tensility, bend and impact of SUMITEN780 alloy steel.It shows that all technical normal of the welded joint meets the national standard.
