摘要
基于稳健设计理论对汽车转向机构进行了设计研究。以转向过程中运动精度为目标函数,以主销中心距、轴距、梯形底角和转向梯形臂长度为设计变量,以安装误差、尺寸误差为噪声因素,以最小传动角及最大角度误差等为约束条件,建立了基于田口方法的转向机构稳健设计模型。最后,比较了田口方法与确定性优化方法的设计结果。结果表明,基于田口方法设计的转向机构可靠性强,稳健性能好。
Applying robust design theory, steering mechanism of truck is designed. A math model based on Tagnchi method is constructed. Movement precision is chosen as objective function, and kingpins distance, axles distance, the bottom angle of trapezoid mechanism and the length of steering trapezoid arm are chosen as design variables, and error of dimension and assembling are chosen as noise factors, and constraints are minimum transmission angle and maximum angle error, etc. At last,the results of robust design and fixed optimization design are compared. The steering mechanism based on Tagnchi method is shown high reliability and strong robust.
