镀膜涂层表面组织与性能的研究

摘要 根据表面涂层技术发展的现状,利用物理气相沉积技术对阀门零件进行表面涂覆,选择旋塞阀为阀芯对象,进行磁控溅射复合镀膜,并对其镀膜后的表面组织和性能进行了测定和分析,涂层与基体有极高的结合强度,阀门零件的耐磨性大为提高。 Based on the developmental actuality of surface coat technology,according to the development status of the surface coating technology,this paper uses the physical vapor deposition technology to the surface coating of the valve parts.And then chooses the plug valve as the valve core object to carry on the magnetron sputtering composite coating.Then their organizations and properties after coating are determined and analyzed.The results indicate that the compound plating film can enhance combined intensity between coatings and the base,so that the wear resistance of the valve components can be increased substantially.
