摘要
新型农村合作医疗制度的基石是农村医疗服务体系。在新农合试点中其逐步凸显出服务能力过低,已经阻碍了该项制度作用的发挥。在调查研究的基础上,探讨了新农合对农村医疗服务体系提出的要求,分析了其发展现状及其存在的问题,进而试图寻找原因,针对这些问题提出了解决途径。
