摘要
目的:探讨建立压疮护理专业小组,实施难免压疮及带入压疮护理会诊的方法及效果。方法:分析2005年1～12月传统压疮管理及2006年1～11月建立专业小组、实施压疮护理会诊的管理效果。结果:两种压疮管理模式下难免压疮高危患者的压疮发生率和带入压疮治愈率,差异具有统计学意义。结论:建立压疮护理专业小组,落实压疮危险因素评估、难免压疮及压疮申报制度,实施护理会诊的管理模式,能有效预防和减少难免压疮发生率,提高带入压疮治愈率。
Objective： To explore the effect of the professional nursing group in the management of pressure ulcers. Methods： The nurse-consultation was applied in 2006, The effects of pressure ulcer management in 2005 and in 2006 were compared. Results： There were distinct differences on the incidence rate of tmavoidable pressure ulcers and the cure rate of brought ulcers between the traditional management group and the nurseconsultation management group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The unavoidable pressure ulcers could be prevented or reduced effectively and the cure rate of brought ulcers could be improved by founding professional nursing group, fulfilling the pressure ulcer dangerous factors assessment and the pressure ulcer declaring system, implementing the nurse-consultation management mode.
