摘要
目的:通过疏肝解郁治疗心脏神经官能症的观察,确定疏肝解郁法对心脏神经官能症的治疗作用。方法:83例病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用纯西药,治疗组除运用纯中药逍遥散加减以疏肝解郁,观察疏肝解郁治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效。结果:对照组有效率55.8%,治疗组有效率77.5%,两者统计学检验(P<0.01),有极显著差异。结论:两种治疗方法均可治疗心脏神经官能症,但疏肝解郁中药比单纯运用西药治疗心脏神经官能症有效率明显升高高效。
Objective： Through observing which disperse the depressed liver-energy and ant-luxuriate treat cardiac neurosis, we definition therapeutic effect which disperse the depressed liver-energy and ant-luxuriate treat cardiac neurosis. Method： 83cases were classified into two groups at random, comparison group and therapy group. The former was treated by western medicine, the latter was treated by traditional Chinese drug Xiaoyaosan, we judge the therapeutic effect which disperse the depressed liver-energy and ant-luxuriate treat cardiac neurosis. Results： The comparison group＇s effective power was 55.8 % and therapy group＇seffeetive power was 77.5%, the two groups was very significant deviation in statistics （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Both medicine and traditional Chinese drug can treat cardiac neurosis, but method which disperse the depressed liver-energy and antluxuriate has higher performance than medicine.
