摘要
压缩机润滑油系统的油冲洗是压缩机组运行前的一道重要工序,文章结合西气东输金昌压气站两台压缩机组的油冲洗工作,从润滑油温度的确定、油冲洗临时管路的优化、监测点设置、油冲洗系统用泵的选择、油箱及工作区的清理、油箱注油六个方面介绍了油冲洗的准备工作;又从矿物油系统、合成油系统、液压启动系统、油冲洗时间、油冲洗温差五个方面介绍了油冲洗过程的控制。
Oil flushing for the lubricating oil system of a compressor set is an important working procedure prior to putting the compressor set into operation. In combination of the oil flushing work of two compressor sets at Jinchang Compressor Station of the West to East Transmission Pipeline, this paper introduces the preparing work of oil flushing in aspects of lubricating oil temperature determination, temporary tube optimization, monitoring point setup, pump selection, cleaning of oil box and working zone, and oil injection to oil box. Furthermore, it introduces the process control of oil flushing in aspects of mineral oil system, compound oil system, hydraulic startup system, oil flushing time and temperature difference of oil flushing.
