摘要
目的探讨具有特殊生长过程的肺癌的特点及形成机制。方法对经螺旋CT多次扫描、连续观察发现的9例具有特殊生长过程的肺癌进行回顾分析。结果此类肺癌具有特殊的转移方式、特殊的生长形态以及特殊的肺外表现,其CT征象、临床特点均存在特殊性。结论某些类型的肺癌可出现特殊生长过程,初诊时易误诊,应该高度警惕。
Objective To study the characteristics and mechanism of lung cancer with special process of growth. Methods A retrospective analysis was done in nine cases with this special-type lung cancer detected by repeated spiral CT scans. Results This kind of lung cancer had a special way of metastasis, special appearance of growth and special clinical features. The specificity existed on CT scan and clinically. Conclusion Some type of lung cancer may appear special process of growth, attention should be paid not to ignore this condition on initial visit.
