Measurement of RSD Switch Current Using Air-Core Coil

摘要 首先分析了高压大功率RSD开关电流的特点,确认了空心线圈测量方法。在比较空心线圈传感器自积分和外积分主要性能的基础上,对测量中相位误差的影响作了进一步研究分析。针对上升时间为微秒量级且含有低频分量的RSD开关电流,提出了调控相差的外积分测量方案。实际测量证明:调控相差的外积分测量法能较好地满足RSD开关电流测量的要求。 This paper analyzes the characteristics of RSD switching current, and selects measurement method by means of air-core coil. After comparison between self-integrator and out-integrator, a further study about the impact of phase error is made. Basis on the out-integrating measurement, a phase error control method is proposed to measure the RSD switching current which has low frequency components and nanosecond rising time. Actual measurements prove that this method can meet the RSD switching current measurement requirements.
