摘要
目的探讨动脉血气标本的采集。方法严格无菌操作技术,选择合适的抗凝剂及采血部位,立即检测,是合格标本的关键。结果110例中成功率97.3%,误入静脉3例,无一例局部出血和感染。结论动脉血气标本的采集有特殊要求,要认真做好每一环节,才能提高采集的成功率,为指导临床及时纠正酸碱平衡,挽救病人生命起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the countermeasures in nursing care when samples of artery blood gas were collected. Methods These measures such as the strict non-bacteria techniques, choice of appropriate gelation inhibitor, proper position when blood was drawn, immediate sample testing,all the steps were the key of success. Results For total of 110 cases,the overall success rate was 97.3%. There was no case of bleeding or infection ,but there was three cases punctured in vein. Conclusion There are several specific requirements in the sample collection for artery blood gas analysis. Every step should be taken seriously so as to correct acid-base imbalance, increase success rate and save patients＇ life.
