摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法将101例病例随机分成两组。对照组50例,西药迪皿片治疗;治疗组51例采用中西医结合疗法予以迪皿片配合自拟方养阴消风汤治疗。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为90.2%;对照组总有效率为72.0%;两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月,痊愈病例中治疗组复发率为9.76%,对照组中复发率为30.0%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹可提高疗效,减少复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effecy of TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 101 eases were randomly divided into two group：control group with Dimin Tablet（n = 50）; treatment group with Dimin Tablet（n=51 ）and YangYinXiaoFeng Decoction. Results After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 90.2% in treatment group,72.0% in control group, the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. on the third months after treatment, the recurrence rate of well-healed cases was 9.76% in treatment group, 30.0% in control group, showing markedly different（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM combined with west medicine could improve the curative effect and lower the the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria.
