摘要
目的分析《海南省结核病防治十年规划(2001～2010年)》实施5年工作成效。方法通过自查和抽查相结合的方法,对海南省结核病防治十年规划实施5年的情况,从政府承诺、病例发现、督导访视、化疗效果等几方面,进行了全面的分析,评价实施效果。结果海南省以县为单位,在2001年DOTS策略覆盖率已达100%,2001～2005年,省级共投入结核病防治经费630.3万元,总到位率100%;市县级共投入221.49万元,总到位率为60.9%,市县级人均经费投入仅有0.06元。2001～2005年全省共检查可疑肺结核患者109477例,共发现20656例传染性肺结核患者,5年完成《规划》工作指标数的55.8%。2001～2004年登记的涂片阳性患者总治愈率达93.4%,新涂片阳性患者总治愈率达94.3%。结论海南省实施结核病防治十年规划5年来,已取得肺结核病高发现率和高治愈率水平,成效显著。
[Objective] To analyze the achievements in the last five years in implementation of 〈Ten-year program for control of pulmonary tuberculosis in Hainan Province （2001-2010）〉. [Methods] The results of pulmonary tuberculosis control in th flint five years after implemeation of ten-year program for pulmonary tuberculosis control in Hainan Province including the aspects of governmental promise, ease detection, monitoring and interviewing, chemotherapy, etc., were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated based on the serf examination and sampling. [Results] The coverage of DOTS strategy in 2001 with county as the basic unit reached 100%. In the period of 2001-2005 a total of RMB 6.303 million yuan were invested at the provincial level with a total fulfilment of 100%, RMB 2.2149 million yuan were invested at the city （county） level with a fulfilment of 60.9%. But the per capita investment at the city（county） level was only RMB 0.06 yuan. 109 477 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis eases were detected in the five years and 20 656 infectious tuberculosis eases were detected to have accomplished 55.8% of the task as set in the ten-year tuberculosis control program. The total cure rate for smear positive cases and new smear positive cases registered in 2001-2004 reached 93.4% and 94.3%. [Conclusion] The increase of investment signilicant achievements has been gained in the first five years in implementation of ten-year tuberculosis control program in Hainan Province with high case detection rate and cure rate.
