摘要
目的建立测定克霉唑阴道泡腾片中克霉唑含量的高效液相测定法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱;流动相为磷酸盐溶液-甲醇(25∶75),流速为1.2mL/min,检测波长为254nm,采用外标法室温检测。结果克霉唑进样量在2.508～25.08μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率分别为100.5%和1.3%(n=6)。结论该法快速、准确,简便易行,重现性好。
[ Objective ] To establish an HPLC method for simuhaneously detecting the contents of Clotrimazole in Clotrimazole Effervescent Tablets. [Methods] The detection of conditions： Hypersil ODS, the mobile phase consisted of phosphate solutlon-methanol （75：25）, the flow rate was 1.2 mL/min, detection wavelength was 254 nm.[Results] There was a good linearity of calibration curve of clotrimazole in range of 25.28-252.8 μg （r =0.9999）. The average recovery was 100.5%, RSD was 1.3% （n =6）. [Conclusion] This method is simple sensitive rapid and accurate.
