摘要
目的分析总结CT定向锥颅碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床诊断及治疗等问题。方法回顾我科自2002年11月以来应用CT定向锥颅碎吸术或颅骨钻孔碎吸术,结合治疗高血压脑出血患者42例的临床资料。结果成活35例,成功率83.3%,与内科保守治疗高血压脑出血相比效果显著,减轻后遗症,降低死亡率,缩短住院时间。结论该方法操作简便、创伤小、效果好,是一种有效的治疗手段。
Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CT directional cone skull, puncture and aspiration in the treatment of hypertension. Methods Retrospectively analysed the clinical date of 42 cases with hypertension cerebral hemorhage applied with CT directional cone skull,pucture and aspiration. Results 35 cases of success,the success rate of 83.3% ,and conservative medical treatment of hypertension compared with cerebral hemorrhage significant effect, reduce the after-effects, reduce mortality, reduce the length of stay. Conelusion The method is simnle,less invasive, effective, is an effective treatment.
